Jams and preserves: up to 6 months in a cool, dark place

Chocolates: See on product

Coconut Oil: 2-3 years in a cool, dark place

Honey with Cocoa Nibs: 2- 3 years in a cool, dark place

Chai Blend: 1 year, in a cool, dry place

Delivery will only be on Sunday and Monday of the week.

As most items are perishable, delivery shall be scheduled only when someone is at present to accept the delivery.

This will be coordinated via WhatsApp.

Due to the nature of home-made food items, we can’t accept returns- but if something is'n’t right, please let us know. We want you to be happy!

For non-perishable items, it can be refunded or exchanged if product is broken.

We will collect the item from you directly and replace it, if return or exchange is to happen.

Yes! We’re happy to take custom or bulk orders for events, gifting or personal use.

This is only available for HipDips Items due to limited stock availability of the products of the brands we carry.

If you’d like other products in bulk, we would need a lead time in order to get the products shipped here by our suppliers.

All HipDip items are prepared in a clean, home-based kitchen, following safe food-handling practices. While not commercially licensed, we adhere to high hygiene standards.

If required for bulk orders, we will shift to a licensed kitchen. As of now, we make all items fresh upon orders due to small quantities.

Products from the brands we carry are all certified by their own country’s food hygiene agencies.= and is stated on their labels.
